WHAT TO DO

Most people come to Bukit Lawang to see orangutans and go trekking in the rainforest but there’s also a load of other things to do. What we’ve done is give you an outline of the sort of things on offer and a few packages. You can choose one of our packages or create a trip of your own... A bit like ordering a pizza from the set menu or creating one of your own.
We can organise as little or as much as you want. Just have a read and drop us an email and we can help you plan your adventure!

Trekking
Choose your location and number of days or one of our specialist treks:
Bukit Lawang;
the orangutan feeding platform, ex-captive orangutans, stunning and challenging mountainous forest.
Sungai Landak;
a picturesque walk through rubber plantations and secondary forest to a beautiful river, unexplored rainforest and wild orangutans.
Bukit Kencur;
1 hour in a jeep brings you to the secluded village and rainforest of Bukit Kencur where you can trek upriver and swim in an underground waterfall! This really IS where the wild things are!
